The terms of using this app

Total Body Upgrade is a coaching app operated by Meridian Compass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Write to ops@totalbodyupgrade.co about anything on this page.

What you are buying

A subscription to coaching delivered through this app by your coach, supported by the app's tracking of workouts, meals, measurements and messages. The subscription runs until you cancel.

Payment and cancellation

Stripe processes the payments on our account. The first three months are the term you are buying, and they are charged whether or not you train. After those three months it runs month to month, and you can stop whenever you want.

There is no cancel button in the app. You cancel by writing to ops@totalbodyupgrade.co, and a person stops the payments for you. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law where you live says otherwise.

If something real happens

An injury, an illness, a job going wrong. Write to ops@totalbodyupgrade.co and tell us what happened. A person reads it and works out with you what happens to the rest of the three months. That is a promise that a person answers you, and not a promise of any particular answer.

Not medical advice

Your coach gives training and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have a condition, an injury, or any doubt. Stop and seek help if something hurts. You train at your own risk and within your own limits.

Your part

Give honest information at intake and during coaching. The guidance is built on what you report.

Our part and its limits

We keep the app running and your coach coaching. Our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last twelve months. We are not liable for training injuries, for results that did not come, or for decisions you take against your coach's guidance.

Your data

The privacy notice you accepted governs your data. It is part of these terms.

Ending things

After the first three months you can leave any time by writing to the address above and, if you want your records gone, saying so in the same email. We can end the service with notice; if we do, unused paid time is refunded.

Law

Wyoming law governs, except where the consumer law of your home country gives you protections that cannot be waived; those stay yours.
